By accessing or using Futuratica (futuratica.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are creating an account on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept these terms on their behalf. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
Futuratica is an online educational platform offering interactive, byte-size lessons in future-ready technical skills including Quantum Computing, Cybersecurity, and more, for students from Grade 1 through Grade 16. Access to content requires an active subscription, except for the 7-day free trial period.
Individual accounts: Parents or adult learners sign in via Google OAuth. Child profiles are created under a parent account and accessed via a 4-digit PIN. No Gmail account is required for child profiles.
Organisation accounts: Schools and organisations access the platform via unique access codes issued after subscription. Students use these codes with a PIN — no personal email is required.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and PINs. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, registered in the UK. Paddle handles all billing, tax compliance, and payment processing on our behalf.
Free trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No mid-period refunds are issued except in cases of technical failure on our part.
Refunds: Refunds are available within 48 hours of the first charge. After 48 hours, no refunds are issued as content was accessible. Technical failures are always eligible for a full refund.

All content on Futuratica — including lessons, animations, quizzes, exams, and platform code — is the intellectual property of Futuratica and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without our express written permission.
Your learning progress is saved and retained for 3 months after a subscription ends. If you resubscribe within 3 months, your progress is fully restored. After 3 months of inactivity, progress data is deleted. We are not liable for loss of progress data resulting from account deletion or extended inactivity.
Futuratica is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free of errors at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futuratica is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of competent courts as applicable.
