Futuratica (futuratica.com) is an educational platform that teaches future-ready technical skills to students from Grade 1 through Grade 16 worldwide. When we say "Futuratica", "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we mean the Futuratica platform and its operators.
Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We use this solely to create and manage your Futuratica account.
Child profiles: Parents may create child profiles containing a first name, grade level, age (optional), and a 4-digit PIN. No Gmail account is required for child profiles.
Learning progress: We record which lessons you complete, quiz scores, time spent on lessons, and XP earned. This is used to show your progress and to alert parents if a student completes content unusually quickly.
Subscription information: Payments are processed by Paddle (registered in the UK), our Merchant of Record. We do not store card numbers or payment credentials — Paddle handles all payment data.
Usage data: We collect anonymised analytics to understand how the platform is used and to improve it.
We use the information we collect to:
We take children's privacy seriously. Child profiles do not require an email address or Google account. A parent or guardian must create and manage all child profiles. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
Parents may request deletion of their child's profile and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@futuratica.com.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.
Active account data is retained while your subscription is active. After a subscription ends, we retain your progress data for 3 months to allow resubscription without losing progress. After 3 months, progress data is deleted and replaced with an anonymised summary.
Organisation seat data is deleted immediately when a seat is revoked and reassigned.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), Cloudflare DDoS protection, row-level security on all database tables, signed URLs for media content, and rate-limiting on all authentication endpoints. Passwords are never stored — authentication is handled via Google OAuth or hashed PINs.
You have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@futuratica.com.
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies. No third-party advertising networks have access to your data through our platform.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify account holders of material changes by email. Continued use of Futuratica after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
